1. User Generated Content, Communities, and Update Groups (WhatsApp / Social Media)As part of the activities, users may participate in WhatsApp groups or digital communities managed by Bayit HaLev. We reserve the full right to remove any content or remove users from digital groups and activities at our sole discretion.

Expense-Sharing, Support, and Cancellations- Funds transferred on the site or via dedicated links constitute voluntary support for community activity and participation in covering hospitality and operational costs (food, supplies, maintenance) of Bayit HaLev, and do not constitute a commercial purchase.- Since operations rely on advance preparation and logistics in the destination country (India), users who have registered for a meal or workshop and wish to cancel are requested to notify the team as soon as possible to prevent waste of food and resources. Refunds for participation fees or commitment fees (if collected) will be processed according to the policy presented on the specific registration form.

 

1. Limitation of Liability (Please Read Carefully)- The Content on the Website, including information, recommendations for travelers, or schedules, is provided "As-Is".
