מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד "בית הלב" – בית יהודי בורקלה, דרום הודו ("אנחנו", "אנו" או "המיזם") אוספת, משתמשת, שומרת ומשתפת את המידע האישי שלך בעת השימוש באתר, בפלטפורמות הרישום ובשירותים שלנו.
מובהר בזאת כי לא חלה עליך כל חובה חוקית למסור לנו מידע אישי. מסירת המידע נעשית מרצונך החופשי ובהסכמתך המלאה, לשם קבלת עדכונים, השתתפות בפעילויות המיזם ותמיכה בהן.

1. המידע שאנו אוספים
אנו אוספים מידע בשתי דרכים עיקריות:
א. מידע שאתה מוסר לנו באופן פעיל:
- הרשמה לניוזלטר, לקבוצות וקהילות וואטסאפ (WhatsApp), ולרשימות תפוצה של מטיילים ותומכים.
- מילוי טפסי יצירת קשר, פניות, הרשמה לאירועים, ארוחות, סדנאות או פעילויות בבית הלב.
- העברת כספים כהשתתפות בהוצאות או תמיכה מרצון בפעילות המיזם.
- הרשמה או הגשת מועמדות להתנדבות בבית הלב.
מידע זה עשוי לכלול את שמך המלא, כתובת הדוא"ל שלך, מספר טלפון, פרטי התקשרות וכל מידע אחר שתבחר לספק לנו.
ב. מידע הנאסף באופן אוטומטי:
בעת הגלישה באתר או שימוש בטפסים הדיגיטליים שלנו, אנו עשויים לאסוף מידע טכני כגון כתובת ה-IP שלך, סוג הדפדפן, דפים בהם ביקרת, מקורות הפניה ונתוני שימוש. אנו נעזרים בכלי צד שלישי (כגון גוגל או רשתות חברתיות) לניתוח נתונים ושיפור השירות.

1. דיוור ישיר, קמפיינים ועדכונים (חוק הספאם)
אנו שולחים ניוזלטרים, עדכונים מהשטח, הודעות בקבוצות ופניות לצורך השתתפות בהוצאות ותמיכה בפעילות באמצעות מערכות דיוור (כגון Mailchimp או מערכות דומות) והודעות וואטסאפ (WhatsApp).
בהרשמתך לפעילויות שלנו, מסירת פרטיך או העברת תמיכה כספית, אתה נותן את הסכמתך המפורשת לקבלת הודעות ועדכונים מהמיזם (לרבות פניות לתמיכה והשתתפות בפרויקטים בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב-1982).
זכות ביטול: ניתן להסיר את עצמך מרשימות התפוצה בכל עת על ידי לחיצה על קישור ה-"הסר" בתחתית כל מייל/הודעה, או בפנייה ישירה בדוא"ל לכתובת: bethalev@gmail.com.

1. תשלומים והעברות כספיות
